Thermal printing & Encoding of magnetic stripe
Brydian have recently invested in a range of mid volume desktop thermal printers to fully mirror our card production daily capacity. The new machinery will give Brydian's bureau service an increased flexibility to meet our customers varied requirements. We now have industry recognised "workhorse" printers, capable of ISO standard barcode density and encoding performance, at much improved hourly speeds. Brydian's custom built production area is capable of producing up to 50,000 cards per day, with thermal print and encoding application.

Embossing
Brydian have a range of Logika desktop embossing machines capable of high quality embossing and encoding of both Hi-co and Lo-co magnetic tape cards, with a range of colour tipping foils available.
Photo ID Cards
Brydian's bureau can produce bespoke photo ID cards in low to mid volumes via one of our re-transfer full colour desktop printers. Excellent quality and bled image capabilities give this method of low volume card production an edge over the fully laminated card. Ideal solution for the customer looking to outsource their staff identity badges, with a helpful design team on hand to guide you through your order.

Card mailing line
New to the Brydian bureau family are two ICS card mailing lines with integral folder and inserters. We can now offer a full "match and attach" plastic card to personalised letter mailer via this fully automated system. Pre encoded personalised cards are loaded into the card hopper and fed into the ICS encoding head reader, where the data is then sent direct to the in-line laser jet printer to correctly personalise the required mailer. The cards are attached to the matching mailer via an adhesive label and then finally folded and inserted into the required envelope ready for direct mail to the end user. This investment has removed the labour intensive method of "hand match, attach and insertion" previously used, and will remove the human error aspect of attaching the wrong card to mailer. With two lines we have flexibility for production purposes as well as increased capacity for larger mailing orders.
