Brydian Cards have just completed their latest Bureau installation of two integrated match and attach mailing lines. Fully automated matching and attach to personalised letter or mailer, read via magnetic tape encoding to ensure the correct details are produced and sent to the end user. The integrated PFE folder and inserter is also fully automated and delivers sealed envelopes ready for direct mail to your chosen database of clients.
Growing demand for this direct mail service has led to this investment being a major part of our Bureau growth plans. Brydian can now offer a complete in house solution for all your plastic card related products and loyalty based membership schemes. With the ability to produce 20,000 matched cards to letters per day, Brydian can help your company reach those valuable members with a quality product and efficient service from artwork conception through to delivery of completed mailing pack.
Increased capacity for thermal card personalisation
Linked to the mailing line installation, Brydian can now offer an increased capacity for it's in house card personalisation. Mirrored daily capacity to Brydian's card production facility will increase our service levels and assist our team to achieve even the most demanding delivery requirements.
With a range of NBS Imagemasters and Evolis Quantum printers, Brydian can offer an improved quality of thermal print and magnetic stripe encoding data to ISO standards. This latest investment will ensure Brydian can offer a quality solution to your card personalisation at industry standard levels and flexibilty. Brydian's Bureau philosophy is to build a robust production facility that can handle various orders within the same working environment and enjoy the flexibilty that over a dozen desktop machines have to offer.
Sub surface digital barcode personalisation
Brydian has developed it's own programme for variable data printing via our MGI digital press. Linked to our reputation for exceptional quality keYcard and keyfob product, we can now offer a quality solution to an endurable personalisation application. With a digitally printed barcode that is printed prior to the card lamination process, this will ensure the longevity of you keyfob barcode, and will last as long as the fob itself. The alternative Thermal barcode even with overlaminate protection can only extend the life of the barcode before poor density will result in loss of performance. The popular teslin product with sub surface barcode is also an option via this method and indeed adds an increased life to the keytag. Brydian can offer a 50% Teslin, 50% PVC product for keyfobs that will ensure the durable properties of Teslin do not affect the clean edge associated with it's PVC counterpart.
