Brydian Cards are the first to install specialist collation machine

German Company PCU GmbH has announced the successful installation of the first ever CGM 400 Compact Collation Machine which has been installed in Brydian Cards LTD, a forward thinking UK Company based in Dorset. The ground breaking collation machine was launched in January 2008 and was specifically developed for the SME Plastic Card Manufacturer market.

 

The system is highly efficient, easy to operate and has an extremely rapid pay-back. due to its flexibility and small foot print it has also received a great deal of interest from larger card manufacturers as the simple machine operation makes it possible for running speeds of over 400 sets per hour, equal to 3-4 manual collation tables.

 

The investment in new machinery allows Brydian Cards Ltd to remain a key player in the UK plastic card market providing specialised design, development and manufacture of all types of plastic cards.
