Printing: Screen, Litho & Digital4 Colour press

Our conventional screen presses are used to print simple card designs as well as a wide range of colour blanks. Screen is also used to print the metallic colours and the adhesives for some lamination combinations. We have a conventional single colour Litho press used for spot colour work and combination litho and screen registration card designs.

Our digital printing facilities are suitable for small volume card production and we use them specifically for sub-surface personalisation on a range of secure access and Identification cards.
Brydian have invested in a new 4 colour Presstek UV line, capable of 300lpi screening with incredible solids and colour consistancy. With an in line UV drying unit Brydian can process sheets direct to the next stage of production with no down time for printed sheet drying. We can offer an express service of full card printed proof on the same day of artwork approval.
